Easier Equity was founded in 2019 with 1 goal in mind; to provide land and homeowners with the simplest solution to selling. We understand what it’s like to go through conventional methods of sell – long days on market, high stress, a lot of uncertainty, tons of hidden costs/fees, etc. Easier Equity is a one stop shop, taking the deal from A to Z to truly make it a hands off experience for our sellers.

Of course! If you fill out the Get My Offer form that will handle the bulk of the information needed from you. The more information you can provide the better as it will help us during our due diligence.
To outlay the benefits we should first note the traditional route someone might go to sell their land. For the most part people use realtors. What this route tends to look like is many months (if not years) on market, commissions, closing costs, etc. Sure, you could go the FSBO (for sale by owner) route and save on realtor fee’s but then you get the great pleasure of dealing with Facebook marketplace tirekickers and people messing with your signs.
When you work with us there is none of that. No hidden fee’s or commissions. We pay for title fee’s & closing costs. We spend our own money on due diligence so you don’t have to (perc tests, surveys, etc).
We have been able to clean up messy title’s in the past (at our expense), if you’re not sure if you can sell or how to sell a property with a messy title don’t hesitate to reach out. We can purchase properties with existing liens if the purchase price is greater than the existing liens.
No problem! Assuming the county has not foreclosed on the property we can pay those taxes out of escrow and can still walk with cash!

Great question! You definitely could. However, a majority of agents focus on houses. Land is a very small niche, making it tough to price & tough to sell. The harsh reality is most agents aren’t cut out for land. They don’t want to drive out to the middle of nowhere to get their shoes muddy showing it to buyers. It’s a lot easier (and more profitable) for them to show the nice air conditioned home in town. What this tends to lead to is a poor listing photo shot on their cell phone & them trying to send buyers out to your property by themselves – causing your property to sit idle on the market for who knows how long.
